- The tournament is included in the Computer Ranking Scheme. Players will be ranked based on the latest computer ranking list, no restriction on gender.
- Players will be divided into 6 groups, each consisting of 6 players. All 36 players will advance from their respective groups to the knockout rounds, where they will be placed into bands 1, 2, or 3.
- Mens Event
- Band 1 Winner £100, Runner up £50
- Band 2 Winner medal, Runner up medal
- Band 3 Winner medal, Runner up medal
- Womens Event
- Band 1 Winner £100, Runner up £50
- Band 2 Winner medal, Runner up medal
- Band 3 Winner medal, Runner up medal
- If insufficient entries are received in any gender category a mixed event will be held and prize money will be merged: Band 1 Winner £200, Band 1 Runner up £100

Maximum 36 entries accepted in order of receipt and payment
The tournament runs all day (approx. 9:15am to 5:30pm), players must be available for morning and afternoon sessions, venue opens at 8:15am for registration & practice (play starts 9:20am)
Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult, the draw will be made on Friday 17 April but not published in advance
Refreshments and food are available to purchase from our cafeteria using cash or card
